“ Want pizza? Put this review down and go to Crust. All I'm going to do is tell you it's amazing! Okay, but seriously... it's amazing. We're in from our of town, and really wanted pizza, so we decided to give it a try. From the very beginning, it was great, with the lovely lady at the register helping me choose the best pizza for my tastes. I was able to swap out the two toppings I didn't want on a specialty pizza, and get two different ones, so it was perfect! The name of the restaurant is spot on. The crust is wonderful; crisp on the bottom, but perfectly chewy, not too greasy. We all had pizzas with red sauce, which was great, neither too sweet nor too savory. Plentiful cheese and toppings. The perfectly priced personal pizza was a good amount of food, and since we each like different things, it was nice to have our own. I did think the kid's 6" was a little small for our 9-year-old, so you may want to order a 10" for older kids. I did see that kids eat free on Tuesdays (presumably kid meals only) so that's your day! (Or not, if you don't have kids lol) The service was amazing, and when one of our pizzas took longer than the others, they noticed, and brought some free pepperoni rolls (delish!) to tide him over. Our picky kiddo ate every bite of her pizza. There are booths and tables, with a view of a lovely fountain out back. There are several tables outside as well. It's very classy but warm and comfortable. Bathrooms are single stall, clean and pleasantly decorated. Definitely large enough to be handicapped accessible. There are only two handicapped spots, and three pick-up spots right out front, but lots of parking in the lot. Conveniently, there's also an Orange Leaf behind the restaurant, if you somehow still have room for dessert. ”

The manager working was former military and ran the restaurant like a well oiled machine. She was very friendly and personable. I ordered a combination pizza. The crust was chewy just like I like it. The toppings were fresh and not soggy. The pizza was very good. The restaurant's atmosphere is both clean and inviting, making it an ideal spot for families and friends to gather. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience; for instance, they provide dough for children to play with while waiting for their meals, adding a thoughtful touch to the family-friendly environment. “ Given an opportunity by Yelp Elite to try this Crust Pizza New Braunfels location and did not regret! It’s newly opened, located inside the New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside, right next to Shogun Japanese Grill. Parking is not extremely difficult but may have to walk since there’s only 1 row of parking surrounding the building but plenty in a lot across the road. The ambience is lively with lots of chatters, designed somewhat modern yet with dark nostalgic wooden tables. The staff are always smiling and happy. Ordered the Margherita w/ chicken. The crust is thin and crunchy, just the way it should be. The tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil mixed with parmesan and Romano cheese to a quite savory pizza. The quality of the ingredients also tastes fresh, leaving me wanting more. Great job! I would like to especially praise Destiny, my server/hostess. Not only was she friendly and beautiful, she was able to help my confused self about how to order and made good recommendations on my orders. Because of the welcoming staff, nice ambiance and great food, will definitely come back to try more of their items. Keep up the good work Destiny and Crust Pizza New Braunfels! ”

“ kids cheese pizzas are a fan favorite for the older ones. The backed Mac n cheese was amazing and I’ll definitely be ordering the Mr. Potato head pizza again. We finished it off with a cookie and ice cream. The covered patio is great for outdoor seating and the added wrapped lights were a nice touch for when it started to get dark. Anaiz helped us out and she was so nice. We also met the new manager Mel and she was just as sweet. Great place for family dining. We didn’t feel pressured to get up and go, even with having 3 boys. ”

“ I love this place- I normally have the crusted goat cheese salad with tomato basil soup and I always forget that the soup is such a generous portion that I barely have room for the salad. Plus they serve the soup with hot cheesy bread. Yum! The salad is warmed goat cheese atop a bed of spinach with walnuts and dried cranberries and fresh crumbled bacon. Great fresh brisk ice tea. PAlways nice, friendly service and a quiet, clean atmosphere to enjoy. The pizzas being served looked amazing too. They also were advertising a taco pizza that sounds delicious. ”
